A Banana shake is a thick, creamy and cold beverage made from pureed fruit, or ripe fruits. Banana shakes containing dairy products like milk, cream. A milkshake is a sweet, cold beverage that is usually made from milk, ice cream, or iced milk, and flavorings or sweeteners such as butterscotch, caramel sauce, chocolate syrup, or fruit syrup. But in this recipe I m making a simple “Banana shake”.

- 1 banana
- 1 cup skim milk
- 8-10 walnut
- 4 to 5 soaked almond
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon powder/green cardamom
- Step 1 Put the milk, and banana into a blender.
- Step 2 Whizz everything up until smooth then pour into a glass.
- Step 3 Top with small pieces of banana and decorate it with chocolate syrup or fruit syrup, some banana chips and a cherry or chocolate chunks
